Who We Are

Garden Court is an affordable housing project through the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Barbara. The Parsons Group provides management support to this low-income facility. 

A majority of the staff members here at Garden Court, including many of the kitchen staff, housekeeper, office staff and maintenance crew, have been a part of Garden Court’s community since it opened in 2000.

Working at Garden Court is working in a family environment. The staff interacts on a very social level with the residents, spending time talking and laughing with them after hours. The staff is here because of their investment in Garden Court and their involvement in the residents’ lives.

The staff comes from a multi-cultural background and they are very close.  They often do things outside of work together. Ultimately, the staff is supremely invested in the residents’ well being which is proven by their commitment to working at Garden Court.
